About Harvest
Harvest Restaurant was founded in 2008 in Oro Valley. In October 2011 new ownership was transferred to local Tucsonan’s Reza and Lisa Shapouri.
“Fresh Ingredients and Seasonally Inspired” continues to remain the mantra and philosophy of the restaurant. We are family owned and operated. As a group, we are involved in everything including the creation of the dishes, cocktails, and carefully selected wines we serve.

MEET THE TEAM:
REZA SHAPOURI - OWNER
Reza has spent the majority of his career as an operator or consultant to numerous local restaurants.
His vision and leadership have helped evolve Harvest into what it is today.

LISA SHAPOURI - OWNER
Lisa has extensive experience as a pastry chef and caterer. She has helped create the wonderful desserts we offer in house since the beginning. She helps share the vision that Reza and her have worked many years for.

DAVID LAZARUS - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
David has worked in the hospitality industry for the last 16 years. Previously spending the last 10 years as an adult beverage consultant for a distribution company. His vast knowledge and experience in service and quality help guide all the restaurants to delivering an exceptional dining experience. He oversees all operations from marketing, creation, service and behind the scenes details.​

CHELSEA HUGHES - HR & FINANCE
Chelsea has been a managing partner in Harvest since 2011. She currently handles all our finance planning, hiring, purchasing and behind the scenes operations along side our Director.

DANIEL SHAPOURI - EXECUTIVE CHEF
Daniel has an extensive culinary background starting as dishwasher at harvest and moving his way up our back of house operations. He has worked every position inside of our restaurant and is now the name behind all our wonderful dishes we create. He works along side our head chef to deliver the dishes you know and love as well as all our house made specials.
